2.4 Sales Tax
Rustic Town collects and remits sales tax where required by U.S. law, including for orders shipped to Texas and other applicable states. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy
We ship orders within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Rustic Town is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.

3.3 International Shipping
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any import fees applicable to their country.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

4.2 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

5.2 1-Year Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What’s Not Covered?

❌ Normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, or discoloration

5.3 Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, please email support@rustictown.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect

If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. The customer may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the case.
