All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
We partner with trusted couriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon for dependable delivery.
Duties & Taxes
- USA: No additional taxes, duties, or customs fees.
- Other Countries: Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, as determined by local Customs.
🔁 Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To Be Eligible for a Return:
- Items must be unused and returned with original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable.
How to Return:
- Email us at support@rustictown.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging and provide its tracking info.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
